Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us. We will help you with the return and replacement process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns.
