Minimum Order Quantity
30 units per SKU is our standard wholesale MOQ -- mix and match across our full catalog of GE, Samsung, Whirlpool/EveryDrop, Frigidaire, LG, and Kenmore compatible filters.
New to working with us? We also offer a smaller trial quantity of 5-29 units at a modest discount, so you can test product quality and our service before committing to a full wholesale order.

Once your wholesale account is approved, you can request a free sample unit per SKU before committing to a full order -- so you can verify quality and fit before buying in bulk.
Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Standard shipping is free on wholesale orders within the continental US; Alaska, Hawaii, and expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- Large freight orders (pallet quantities) may ship via LTL freight -- our team will coordinate delivery details after order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days after processing, depending on destination.
Return & Refund Policy
- Defective or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Please retain original packaging and provide photos of any defective/damaged items when submitting a claim.
- Non-defective returns (e.g., ordering errors) may be accepted within 14 days at our discretion, subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs paid by the buyer.
- Custom or clearance wholesale orders are final sale unless defective.
Payment Terms
- First-time wholesale orders (including trial orders) require full payment at checkout (credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
- Net 30 payment terms may be available for approved accounts after 2-3 completed orders -- contact us to apply for credit terms.
- A valid resale certificate or tax-exemption documentation is required for tax-exempt wholesale purchases; please include this with your application.
